Lunar Eclipse 4-15-2014

I took photos of the lunar eclipse back in Dec. 2011, and was very disappointed in my results--mainly because my exposure times were too long, so the moon was significantly blurred. I tried again on the April 14-15, 2014 eclipse, and the results were better this time as I emphasized shutter speed (even if that meant high ISO).

One of my favorite photos turned out to be the last one, after the moon was past full eclipse. It was part of an HDR sequence (that didn't make it to HDR), but I like the effect even if you can't tell the moon is in eclipse.
