Lassen 2009 - Complete Trip

Lynda and I visited Lassen Volcanic National Park and the surrounding area around Labor Day of 2009.

We visited several locations in the park (including Manzanita Lake, Reflection Lake, Bumpass Hell, Kings Creek Falls).

We also visited sites north of the park, including a hike through a recently-burned area along the Hat Creek Rim on the Pacific Crest Trail, the Spatter Cones Nature Trail, Subway Cave, Burney Falls State Park, a bunch of waterfowl at Crystal and Baum Lakes near Cassel, CA, and a set of large sculptures I thought were very cool at Packway materials Inc. in Cassel, CA.
